She came. She rehabbed. She conquered. Now she’s home! 🏡💚

Judith Haines recently returned home following her stay at Oil City Nursing & Rehabilitation. Her hard work and determination, paired with the encouragement and support of our team, helped her reach her goals and take this exciting step toward home.

We’re incredibly proud of Judith and all she accomplished during her rehabilitation journey. We’re grateful to have been part of it and wish her all the best at home! 💚

A Carnival to Wrap Up Summer! 🎪☀️

We sent summer off with a carnival celebration! Our residents enjoyed an afternoon filled with good food, games, plenty of laughs, and some fun surprises along the way. It was a wonderful way to enjoy some time together and make the most of these last days of summer.

Oil City Nursing & Rehabilitation was proud to participate in the Veteran’s Resource Fair, connecting with local veterans and sharing information about available resources and support.

Through our VA contract, we are honored to support eligible veterans by helping connect them with information about their benefits, care options, and available services. Sara Irwin, Director of Admissions and Marketing, represented Oil City at the event, engaging with veterans and helping provide valuable information and guidance.

We appreciate opportunities like this to connect with our community and support those who have served.

💜 Join Team Oil City Nursing & Rehabilitation as we support the fight against Alzheimer's disease!

We're proud to be participating in the Alzheimer's Walk on Thursday, September 24, from 4:00–6:00 p.m. at Lost in the Wilds Brewing in Shippenville. The walk will take place along the Route 66 Bike Trail, and we'll also have a booth at the event!
