There is a time and place for medical intervention, but not everything requires it.

Your body is not trying to hurt you. Your body has one job and that is to survive. It does what it needs to rebalance itself to normal.

Your body is speaking to you and when it is ignored for too long it may fall sick, inflamed, or feel uncomfortable.

Rather thank reach for symptom supression, let your body do its job so it can be stronger than before.

Why are we so scared of our bodies? They have survived for this long. Let's help them live a more pleasurable life.

I'd like to remind you between the options of black and white there is whole spectrum of color, not just shades of grey.

Don't let media and narratives frame your thinking and box you in. You don't need to limit yourself that way.

You are much more creative, empowered, and resourced than you know.

Learn to divert away from the path well traveled and discover a whole new world of color and thought.

Speaking from experience, it is a much more colorful and fun existance.

You don't need to comply. You don't need to resist.

Instead, you can architect a new way of being. 💫

Our dear sweet bun bun, Jewel, crossed over to the other side today.

I
It brings up so many emotions from childhood through today. And is the first experience my little one has had with losing a loved one.

The fam pic is the day came to us at a bunny rescue. I had been receiving messages about adopting a bunny. I am so allergic to hay and bunnies it seemed odd. But I followed that inner knowing.

She had been at the rescue for over 9 months. No one would adopt her because she was 3 or 4 years old and didnt interact. They didnt know much about her except that she was terrified of humans and other animals, including rabbits. But she chose us as she actually interacted with us.

We took her home and the first several weeks, months and years were hard in their own way. She wouldnt eat, almost no will to live. I hand fed her every bit of food for almost a year. Working with a friend and animal communicator shifted everything in just 3 one hour sessions. But she still had deep trauma to process.

And she nearly died at one point, eating things she should not. It was very scary, and I know she carried through because we visited her daily in the emergency clinic. The vet called her a miracle bunny. Every day she lived and got better was against all odds. She knew she was loved.

She was a mirror of many of the issues I carried or my daugther carried. She didnt act like a normal bunny much in the same way I didnt feel like a normal human. And we bonded through that.

It was tough for me to leave her in LA when I moved. I am grateful Julien accepted responsibility and eventually developed that connection with her.

She was my daughter's best friend and this has been hard on her.

I dreamt about her, worried about her this morning when Julien called to let me know she had crossed.

My daughter said she knew all week. Jewel had 8 wonderful years with us.

I am grateful I captured her early life with us in as I tried to better understand her and bond with her.

Jewel, thank you for making our lives more full. You are missed. You are loved.

Mothers causing crime are likely not the reason for a decrease in crime on Mother's day.

Similarly the cause of dis ease in the body may not be what we are told.

It is important to know that we can have correlation between events without understanding the cause.

Just because we thought we understood something doesnt mean it was right.

We can change our minds.

The more we are open to that, the more we can get closer to truth.

Our bodies are more complex and fascinating than we have been taught to believe.

Yesterday, I followed a white rabbit...

It started with a message, a simple nudge followed by a message I said yes to.

And then I followed the trail as it unfolded following the ease of the Yesterday, I followed a white rabbit...

Nothing in life is a coincidence.

It led to a series of events that look normal on the surface, but could have only happened through divine guidance and alignment.

How so many distinct and seemingly unrelated parts of my life can come together in a coherent and harmonious alignment like pieces of a puzzle snapping into place boggled my logical mind and further entrenches my field in surrender, faith, and action.

Nothing in life is a coincidence.

People ask me what I do in life.

Lucikly the last 3 years I have embodied an answer that not only feels true, but lets divine magick unfold, even amidst the persistant questions and chaos.

That answer is play. I play in life.

Play your way through life.
