We’re so happy to officially welcome Kathleen MacGregor and Five Element Acupuncture to Ojai + Fox! 🌿

Kathleen has been practicing acupuncture since 1988 and brings decades of experience, along with a thoughtful, highly individualized approach to care. Her practice of Classical Five Element Acupuncture focuses on supporting balance within the body, mind, and spirit while addressing concerns such as pain, injuries, acute and chronic conditions, stress, and overall well-being.

After many years practicing in Meiners Oaks, Kathleen has relocated her practice to her new home here in Ojai + Fox — Health, Beauty & Wellness Spa.

We love continuing to grow Ojai + Fox into a space where our community can find a variety of wellness practitioners and services all under one roof, and we are so excited to have Kathleen as part of it.

🇺🇸 What an incredible Fourth of July! ❤️🤍💙

Today our spa porch was filled with friends, clients, families, laughter, and so much community spirit as we watched the Ojai Independence Day Parade together.

One of our favorite things about Ojai + Fox has always been bringing people together—not just for wellness, but for connection. Seeing familiar faces, meeting new friends, sharing food, and celebrating our beautiful hometown reminded us how lucky we are to call this community home.

Thank you to everyone who joined us and made today so special. We hope your Independence Day has been filled with family, gratitude, and wonderful memories.

If you don’t already have plans for the parade, we’d love to have you join us!

We’ll be out front at Ojai + Fox with a shaded spot to watch the parade, plenty of smiles, and a cooler full of mimosas to share. 🥂

Bring a chair and come relax with us! If you’d like to save yourself the hassle on parade morning, you’re welcome to drop your chair off in our courtyard anytime leading up to the 4th. We’ll keep it safely stored until the parade.

Some friends will be bringing brunch treats, but please don’t feel like you need to bring a thing—just bring yourself. If you’d like to contribute something to the potluck, you’re certainly welcome to, but your company is all that’s required.

Whether you’re a client, friend, neighbor, or it’s your first time stopping by, you’re always welcome.
