I work with adults who are tired of just surviving and are ready to better understand themselves, heal from trauma, and create meaningful change. My office was intentionally designed to feel warm, comfortable, and human because I believe therapy should be a place where you can exhale. I offer in-person therapy in Winston-Salem, NC.

The Community Access Initiative is now live!

My roots are in social work, and one of the values that has stayed with me throughout my career is the belief that quality mental health care should be available to more people than those who can afford private therapy.

As Phoenix Rising grows, I want those values to remain part of the practice through affordable groups, community partnerships, supervised training programs, and opportunities to expand access to care.

✨ Why Interns? ✨

One of the most meaningful parts of my career has been helping new clinicians grow into confident, compassionate therapists.

When I think back to the clinicians who invested in me early in my career, I am incredibly grateful for their guidance, support, and willingness to share what they had learned. Becoming a supervisor and mentor is one way I get to give that back.

At Phoenix Rising Therapy Services, our interns receive extensive training, supervision, consultation, and support as they develop their clinical skills. They bring fresh perspectives, genuine compassion, and a deep commitment to helping others.

I'm excited to introduce our interns over the next few weeks and share a little more about the unique strengths each of them brings to our practice. 💙
