I would like to take a moment and reflect on Ms. Dolly Parton. I grew up on her music and followed her throughout my life. She truly is a soul of direct and genuine kindness. Her light was an inspiration that will never be extinguished. Her music has created memories for all of us. She truly is one of a kind. Let's take a page from her and what she taught us all, "Be kind and help those who are in need with genuine compassion for all living creatures. She will be missed. God bless your journey home Dolly. A life well lived and remembered. ✨️🤍🤍✨️ "May she live in the stars of night and in the light of our days.

Sometimes you just need to take time for yourself. Unwind and breathe. No matter what you may be going through.

Your Angels take very good care of you when you just choose to take a step back. Ask your Angels to pray and perform a blessing over you. No matter your need, tell them what's on your mind and in your heart. Nurture yourself always. Your mind, body and spirit need care 🤍🤍🤍🫶🙏

Many of us go through grief and trying to understand it in our own way. Often when working with clients who have lost someone they loved in death they will have someone tell them to, "Get over it." "Move on." That is not what grief is. Grief is love and allowing the heart to take the time it needs to process every emotion and feeling. You don't get over it. That is ok. It's like someone telling you to get over and stop loving someone or something. Remember that grief is love. You never have to stop loving but grow from the experience of what that loved one taught you. Give yourself grace. They are with you always. 🤍✨️

Recently I had traveled for work. I always find it interesting on how the Angels show us signs they around and supporting us! I caught this beautiful image while traveling down to Detroit. The presence of the divine is always shinning a light to guide our path and let us know you are loved! Have you ever caught an image where you felt a loving presence with you? 🤍🤍🤍
