Feeling bittersweet but also tremendously grateful as I move my business today. My cozy little studio served me so well over the last 2 years. It became a safe haven for so many Oklahomans and a healing space for over 1500 bodywork sessions. It even helped me win 2023’s Best Massage Therapist in the 405 by ! I feel incredibly lucky for all of the amazing clients and friends that Elevate has brought into my life.

I hope everyone had a wonderful 1st day of 2023! I’ve discovered one thing that all of my clients have in common over the past year… You are all extreme workaholics and devoted caregivers to other people in your lives! 😅

When we’re juggling the craziness of life, it can be so hard to find time to get connected with your body and prioritize your health. If you’ve been thinking more about self-care lately, I hope you continue some of these healthy habits this year 💕 Remember that your body and your mind deserve to relax sometimes! Take a deep breath in. Roll your shoulders back. Exhale.
