Inside one of our lower body power assessments for golfers. 👇

The countermovement jump isn’t just about how high you jump — it shows us HOW your body produces power.

Do you utilize a muscular driven strategy? Or are you more elastic?

That one answer can change your entire training plan.

We want to maintain your strengths, but also give more of the qualities you don’t currently possess.

Muscular → we train explosiveness. Reactive, ballistic work to speed up your force production.

Elastic → we build the base. Strength work so your body has something real to load against and focus on force production.

For golfers, this matters more than most people realize. Your lower body is supposed to initiate and drive the swing. If it’s not producing power efficiently, your body finds a workaround — and that workaround costs you distance.

No more guessing on exercises. No generic programs. Just data that tells us exactly where to take your training.⚡

Built for golfers who actually want to get better.

This wasn’t just a workout — it was our Golf Performance Combine.
We measured what actually matters: power, speed, mobility, and control.

Because guessing isn’t a strategy.
If you want to hit it farther, stay healthy, and play more consistent golf… you need data.

Now you know where you stand — and exactly what to work on.

Next step? Build.

DM “BUILD” if you want to get tested or want to see how you stack up.

The goal isn’t to “push through it.”

It’s to keep moving without breaking down.

Around this time of year, we start seeing it:
– little aches creeping in
– old injuries getting louder
– motivation dropping because the body isn’t keeping up

That doesn’t mean stop.
It means adjust—and fine tune the plan.

Resolution Rescue is built to help you stay consistent, feel better, and keep training without guessing.

Keep Going. Reach out to us if we can help.

We have a few spots left.

January motivation is powerful.
February is where things get real.

If your energy dipped, your body feels a little off, or consistency got harder—you didn’t fail.

Most of the time, it just means your body is adapting to something new.

And that’s exactly where the right support matters most.

This month, we’re helping people bridge the gap between early motivation and real progress.

Resolution Rescue is live.

An absolute 🔥 quote!

We all have desired outcomes, and our clients are no different. This is at least a weekly, if not daily conversation that we have. Pain can be extremely motivating for behavior change. In fact, that is the reason we often experience pain, as a request for change from our brain.

However, sometimes it can steal all of our focus, and be out of our control. Our attention is much better spent on the ACTUAL steps that are not only going to get rid of it, but put you a step closer to your goals. Day by day. Brick by brick. 🧱

Keep stacking the wins, and focus on what you can control. You might be surprised what comes of it.

Happy Monday. Let’s have a week!

We love helping people get back to what they love doing! And we want to give people an healthcare experience like no other.

The treatment modality doesn’t matter! The end goal and result is what guides the rehab process.

The norm is keeping people in pain, frustrated, and with more questions than answers. We don’t want anything about our service to be “normal.”

We’d love for you to experience the difference!

Rehab can be often viewed as a setback- and while injuries are never fun to deal with, we can learn so much from them. They can be huge opportunities for growth!

It’s very easy to focus on the things that we CAN’T do or what we’re limited by during rehab, rather than what we CAN do and improve upon.

A big mistake is to stop strength training and other fitness activities altogether when dealing with an injury because you can no longer perform some of the exercises you might typically do when healthy. With this flawed approach, not only is the injury site suffering because you can longer train it, but other areas of fitness will as well.

In the big picture, pain episodes can allow us to reflect on what’s going well with our health and fitness, and what isn’t so that we can pivot and make necessary changes to move us forward. This is what we aim to do with each and every one of our clients.

Back or hip pain with full swings or 18 holes of golf? Good opportunity to work on short game practice, build strength and endurance, and learn a solid warm-up routine that best preps your body to play a round of golf.

Knee or back pain with big lifts in the gym? Great opportunity to work on some local or single leg strength, and build some aerobic capacity while the injury is healing.

Foot or leg pain while ramping up the running mileage? Sounds like a good time to start training some lower body strength and plyos, and learn some isometrics to better prepare your tendons for the demand of running.

You get the idea.

If you’ve been told to stop doing an activity that you love, or trying to stay active while dealing with pain or injury then we’d love to help!
