When someone we love is grieving, it can be hard to know what to say or do. The truth is, you don't have to have the perfect words. 💚

Here are a few meaningful ways to support a grieving friend:

🌿 Show up. A text that says "I'm thinking of you" means more than silence. Don't wait until you know what to say.

🌿 Say their name. Friends and family often fear mentioning the person who passed. But hearing their name spoken out loud is a gift to those who are grieving.

🌿 Keep showing up. Grief doesn't end after the funeral. Check in weeks and months later, too.

Grief is not a problem to be solved. It's love with nowhere to go and your presence matters more than you know!
