For many years I have been surprised by clients telling me they have been taking benzos daily for years, given that I have known for over 20 years that such drugs can cause memory problems if used this way. What I was not aware of until recently were some of the other potential long-term side effects. Please carefully evaluate your situation when using these drugs, while they certainly do help calm you down in the moment, they are best used sparingly.

My current wait list is only 3 months. Currently accepting self-pay, as well as Cigna, BCBS, Aetna, Aetna Better Health, Humana, and Tri-Care. Unfortunately, Oklahoma Complete Health is not paying on their claims so I have put a moratorium on new patients with that insurance. Hopefully that will be resolved soon.
