Running a small business has taught me that growth doesn't always happen in dramatic ways. Sometimes it's a new client who takes a chance on you. Sometimes it's a client who has trusted you with their care for years. Sometimes it's simply becoming a little more comfortable in your own skin than you were six months ago.

One of the things I love most about massage therapy is that it creates an opportunity to pause. To step away from the noise for a little while and reconnect with yourself.
