Egg retrieval days can be stressful for some, exciting for others! Whether it's your first retrieval or subsequent, we strive to keep you as comfortable and relaxed as possible to eliminate your stress and allow for maximum egg retrieval. This particular retrieval (we post with permission), it was a fun time. This is where our patients become friends, and then family. Notice the genuine laughter from Mayra, Jennifer, and our anesthesiologist!! Our patients truly are cared for every step of the way from retrieval day to transfer.
Retrieval days also keep our Sr Embryologist John and intern Holly busy making sure all is ready to store and prepped for embryo creation.

Where to start when considering IVF. It's a daunting thought for most. Let us put you at ease from the very beginning.
Start with scheduling a consult with Dr Patel. Once we have gone through you and your partner's medical history, we will order a Fertility Assessment for both of you. This will include lab work, ultrasound, and a semen analysis. These can all be done in the same day. Your lab work will present a picture story of where your hormones, ovaries, s***m, and specialized levels that attribute to fertility, will place you. Did you know that when you choose Thrive Fertility IVF, you have the capability of choosing male or female embryos at time of your embryo transfer. If you are looking to have a boy to complete out your family of all girls, you can request male embryos. If you are looking to have a girl to complete out your family of boys, request female embryo. At your IVF consult with Dr Patel and Team, let us know of your intention for Gender selection, and we will work to accommodate your wishes!
