Over the past three years, we've had the privilege of impacting more than 3,648 lives across Oklahoma. That impact extends far beyond the individuals we serve. It reaches families finding hope again, children reconnecting with their parents, loved ones healing together, and communities growing stronger through recovery

Behind that number are thousands of stories of courage, resilience, and new beginnings. Every milestone reached and every step forward reminds us why we do this work.

Three years ago, Slate Recovery opened with a vision to provide more than treatment. We set out to create a place where every person is seen with dignity, supported with compassion, and empowered to build a life beyond addiction.
