Why is it so important to finish your antibiotic prescription? 💊

Feeling better after a few days? That’s great—but it doesn’t always mean the infection is completely gone.

Stopping an antibiotic too soon can:
✔️ Allow bacteria to survive and continue growing
✔️ Increase the chance that your infection comes back
✔️ Contribute to antibiotic resistance, making future infections harder to treat

The best way to help your medication do its job is to take it exactly as prescribed and finish the entire course—even if you’re feeling back to normal.
