Massage Tip of The Day from your Wellness Diva here!

Your shoulders aren’t supposed to live by your ears. 😂

Stress, driving, working at a computer, scrolling on your phone—even just getting through the day—can have you unconsciously holding tension in your neck and shoulders.

✨ TRY THIS TODAY:
Drop your shoulders away from your ears.
Gently squeeze your shoulder blades together.
Hold for 5 seconds, then release.
Repeat 5 times, breathing slowly as you do it.

Then gently roll your shoulders backward 10 times.

It only takes a minute, but checking in with your body throughout the day can help you notice tension before it becomes that “I can’t turn my neck” kind of problem. 😩

💆🏽‍♀️ And when stretching isn’t cutting it anymore… it may be time to get on the massage table.

Therapeutic massage can help address those stubborn areas of muscular tension and give your body the reset it’s been asking for.

The people nobody talks about: insured...but still avoiding the doctor.

They have the card. They also have a deductible, a copay, no available appointment, no PTO and no time to sit in urgent care. rX is not health insurance and does not replace it. It helps close the everyday access gap an insurance card does not always solve.
