This sweet baby girl was born early yesterday! 💕🩷✨

This mama absolutely rocked her birth! 💪🏼
She texted me Wednesday morning to let me know early labor had started. She labored all day beautifully. Went on a walk, rested, did the miles circuit, and fueled her body.
When she entered active labor later that night, it was go time!

We arrived at the hospital at 12:35 am and babygirl was born at 1:15 am!
Mama did her thing and had a beautiful birth. It was such an honor to support this family. I adore them so much! Y fam - thank you for trusting me as your doula! I feel so blessed 💕

One of my favorite things to do for a freshly postpartum mama is to make her a warm, home cooked meal. 💕
This is such a blessing to my family when we have a baby, and I love doing it for other families!

The TRICARE Childbirth and Breastfeeding Support Demonstration has been approved for extension through 2031 and we need your voice❗️

This program supports access to doulas and lactation professionals for military families, and public comments matter in order to improve the program. We want decision makers to hear:

💪🏽 Why doula support is impactful
💪🏽 Why military families deserve equitable access expanded to military hospitals
💪🏽 Why sustainable reimbursement rates and easier access to being a provider matter

Introducing the Birth Collective OKC! 🥰

This is something I’ve wanted to do for a while, and I am super excited about it! My goal with this business is to create a collective of birth and postpartum doulas for the OKC metro and surrounding areas. Eventually, I want to offer birth education classes, birth photography, and placenta encapsulation. I hope to create a resource for the birth community here and a team of doulas who will serve, learn, and grow together!
