HPI Community Hospital is now the first hospital in Oklahoma to offer Mako Technology for reverse shoulder replacement.

Mako Technology combines 3D imaging and personalized surgical planning to help our physicians build a surgical plan around each patient's unique anatomy, building on HPI's existing use of Mako Technology for hip and knee replacements.

We're proud to share that Dr. Eric Johnson performed the hospital's first Mako Shoulder procedure on Aug. 31, with Dr. M. Sean O'Brien and Dr. Garrett Steinmetz also Mako Shoulder certified and available to patients.
