This weekend we hosted our first Reiki training! Thank you Andrea for being our first student, and congrats on becoming a Reiki Shoden! 🎉

Level 1 Reiki practitioners learn the foundations of the ancient art of Reiki, including self-healing. Reiki is a great tool for relaxation, lowering stress and helping promote your bodies' natural healing capabilities.
