Start your 4th of July off right this year! Join us Saturday morning either poolside or at the studio to start your holiday with a little bit of MVMNT!

7AM - a sunrise (or a bit after sunrise) Mat Pilates — we will have some mats but feel free to bring your own! Lattes from our friends at MentaliTea and Coffee and breakfast provided after class to refuel! Sign up soon, class is already half full!

10:30AM - our signature MVMNT Lab reformer class but we couldn’t let the poolside class have all the fun, so lattes and breakfast will follow here as well!

All other classes this weekend are cancelled so our team can enjoy the holiday with their families!

Our final introduction, is really a reintroduction! But we’ve seen many new faces coming through the studio, so if you haven’t already — meet Amy! Amy is the owner, physical therapist, and Pilates instructor, and has put her whole heart and soul into this little studio!

Amy is currently on maternity leave, so you won’t catch her on the class schedule at this time, but she will be back this summer && able to guide you through group classes & private lessons, and help you with your pain/injury with wellness visits, and dry needling.

A little more about Amy:
Amy is a doctor of physical therapy and has been working in spine and orthopedics since 2019, she loves to treat any ache or pain, and get people moving better, though she especially enjoys treating neck pain, TMJ, and headaches. She is motivated by movement, and found that her own Pilates journey felt so healing for the body and was compelled to learn to teach the method and combine it with her PT practice. She completed her 450 hour classical certification in 2024, and opened MVMNT Lab shortly thereafter. She recently completed her pregnancy and postpartum exercise specialist certification, and loves to help mamas and mamas to be move their bodies safely through this special phase of life. She loves all forms of movement and practices Pilates, yoga, weight lifting, and cycling to stay active.

In case yall didn’t know, we now have a monthly FREE military class with the lovely .girl.17! Our second one is tomorrow at 11:30, and there are still spots left!

All you need to do to grab a spot is send us a picture of your military ID, and we’ll load the pass into your account, allowing you to book any future free military class! Text us a picture to (405) 215-9026 or email to [email protected]

And for your sessions in between, grab any of our class packs for 10% off, put a card on file, message us and we’ll do the rest!

Let’s meet SARAH! Our early morning, Friday funday girlie!! Sarah is here to flow with you into your weekends! She’s been with us for a long time, but originally as a client, but she’s working on her Pilates certification, and is our newest PTA!! She’s another team member able to provide wellness services and we’re so grateful to have her!

Come move with Sarah the following times ⬇️⬇️⬇️
Friday: 5:30 AM, 6:30 AM, 8:30 AM(starting in May)
Periodically on Saturdays

Sarah is available for group classes, private classes, private lessons, and wellness sessions!

A little more about Sarah:
Sarah’s love for Pilates began a year ago and has led her on a journey to become an instructor. She hold a bachelor’s degree in kinesiology and recently graduated from physical therapy assistant school, with plans to work as a pediatric PTA. She is passionate about mindful movement and helping others build strength and confidence. Outside of the studio, she enjoys running, spending time with friends and family, caring for her plants, and cheering on the OKC Thunder!
