For more than 35 years, Sho'ena has explored the relationship between consciousness, frequency, sacred geometry, herbs, gemstones, and the body's innate wisdom. Through years of intuitive discovery and client work, she developed the foundational principles of the Heart of Sacred Space—an approach that emphasizes cultivating an inner state of coherence before engaging in energy testing or spiritual communication.
Her work integrates Reiki, herbalism, sacred geometry, frequency work, geopathic stress zones, herbalism, muscle testing energetic circuitry, geomancy, and intuitive guidance into a unique body of teaching. Her greatest passion is helping others awaken their own inner guidance and discover that the deepest wisdom has always lived within them.

Rocksye is an intuitive teacher, practitioner, and guide who is passionate about helping people reconnect with the wisdom of their own body, mind, spirit, and Inner Source.
For more than 25 years, she has explored and practiced energy-based healing modalities, continually integrating personal experience with professional study. During the past eight years, as an Eden Energy Medicine Practitioner, she has expanded that foundation through client work and advanced energetic assessment, developing a practical, heart-centered approach that helps others better understand the language their bodies speak.
Rather than relying on a single modality, Rocksye thoughtfully integrates Eden Energy Medicine, Reiki, Emotion Code, energy testing, sacred geometry, intuitive guidance, nutritional and herbal support, and other complementary approaches to meet each person where they are.

Kelsey Elledge is a Sound Healing Practitioner, Holy Fire® III Karuna Reiki® Master Teacher, Kundalini Yoga Teacher, ceremonial guide, retreat leader, and educator and creator of Soulfully Sound. Her work centers on helping people reconnect with themselves through sound, energy, movement, creative self-expression, and intentional inner exploration.
Dance and movement have been part of Kelsey’s life from an early age, giving her a natural relationship with music, rhythm, vibration, and the body long before she had words for what she was experiencing. As an innately sensitive person, her default became to numb and disconnect because she wasn’t taught how to understand or work with what she felt. In 2017, discovering the word “empath” gave language to her experience and opened the door to a deeper inward journey.
Through Reiki, sound healing, Kundalini Yoga, and other practices, Kelsey learned to feel, listen inward, and trust her own guidance. Today, she teaches the tools that supported her own journey through healing experiences, certification pathways, retreats, and one-on-one support.
She believes each person carries a unique frequency, and her passion is helping others tune their inner instrument, reconnect with their authentic expression, and rise into the fullness of their own sound.
