What a wonderful afternoon at Meadowlake Estates! 🎶

A heartfelt thank you to Rick Troops for bringing such incredible energy and talent to our residents. Seeing a full house gathered together, smiling and enjoying every moment, truly warms our hearts. ❤️

Live music has a special way of lifting spirits and bringing people together — and today was a perfect reminder of that. Our residents deserved every bit of this joy, and we are so grateful to Rick Troops for making it happen.

At Meadowlake Estates, moments like these are what community is all about — connection, laughter, and shared experiences that create lasting memories.

A huge shoutout to Marquis from Bristol Hospice for making our July birthdays extra special! 🎈 The thoughtful treats and festive balloons brought so much joy and smiles to everyone here at Meadowlake Estates.

It's moments like these that remind us how meaningful it is when people go out of their way to celebrate others. The birthday love was felt by all, and we couldn't be more grateful for the kindness and generosity shown to our community.

At Meadowlake Estates, we are so proud of our incredible quilting club! 🧵 These amazing individuals show up with passion, creativity, and a whole lot of heart — and it truly shows in everything they create.

What makes this group truly special is the way they support one another. Whether it's sharing techniques, offering encouragement, or simply being present, the bond within this club is something truly beautiful to witness. Seeing them thrive in their element fills our hearts with so much joy! 🥹💕

A quilting club is more than just stitching fabric together — it's about weaving connections, building community, and creating something meaningful with your hands. We are beyond grateful to have such a dedicated and loving group be a part of what we do here at Meadowlake Estates.

What an incredible day it was! 🎉 Meadowlake Estates had an absolute blast celebrating America's 250th birthday with an epic Block Party Cookout that brought the community together in the most festive way possible!

Meadowlake Estates is starting July off with an absolute bang! 🎉 The energy was through the roof, and it's all thanks to the amazing Trinity Trotters who stopped by to spread smiles and laughter to our wonderful residents with their fantastically fun inflatable costumes, turning an ordinary day into something truly memorable. Watching the delight on everyone's faces was simply priceless! 😄

What an amazing way to honor our incredible CNAs! 🎉 This week we fired up the grill for a special cookout celebration, and it was absolutely fantastic. Jeremy from Heart to Heart stepped up as our Grill Master, serving up some seriously delicious burgers, while Misty from Choice Hospice brought her A-game with healthy and tasty treats that had everyone coming back for seconds! 🍔

At Meadowlake Estates, we know that our CNAs are the heart and soul of everything we do. Their unwavering compassion, dedication, and genuine care for our residents makes all the difference every single day. These amazing professionals don't just provide medical care - they bring joy, comfort, and genuine human connection to those who need it most. 💕

Events like this cookout remind us how important it is to celebrate the people who make our mission possible.

Huge shoutout to Kari from Suncrest Hospice, and Marquis from Bristol Hospice for bringing our residents and staff some amazing support to wrap up Nurses Week, and to help us celebrate Skilled Nursing Care Week!!!

Suncrest provided our staff with a delicious lunch and flowers for our nurses, and Bristol provided red roses for our Petals and Pampering Social—part of our Moments in Bloom celebration. 🎉🥳

We appreciate all of our partners at Meadowlake Estates for all they do to enrich the lives of our residents.

So many great things are happening at Meadowlake Estates Nursing to celebrate National Nurses Week!

On Monday, Abbie from Excell Care Hospice brought goodie bags for our Nurses. Our residents got involved through Community Works and made handmade cards and candles for every nurse in the building to thank them for being the Light in the Darkness! 🕯️

On Wednesday, Misty from Choice Hospice provided a Soda Bar and Emily from ACG Hospice provided a coffee bar to give our Nurses and staff appreciation through a little extra fuel in the tank.

On Thursday, our residents also enjoyed an hour of Music Works provided by Moore Joy Choir! 🎹🎶

This has been a fantastic week of celebration and community through our Life Works Program here at Meadowlake Estates Nursing. We appreciate all of the support we have had so far, and look forward to another exciting week of fun next week as we celebrate Skilled Nursing Care Week with Moments in Bloom! Stay tuned!!!

Thank you so much to Pastor An from New Vision Community Church and Leslie and Kim from Refuge Care for an EGGcellent Easter Party!!! 💐🐰

On top of performances and activities from New Vision’s Youth Choir, their community came together to offer our residents food and a special message to uplift and unite Meadowlake Estates together. Leslie and Kim helped serve drinks and snacks, and the Easter Bunny made a special appearance, too. ❤️

It cannot be understated how valuable moments like these are and how much of a difference they make. None of it would have been possible without so many loving and supportive hands. Thank you to each and every one of you who came out.
