Please Read: Our clinic policy is, once your child has two No Shows for their appointments they are moved to a flex schedule. That means you will need to call each week to find an opening, if one is available. Last month alone we had just over $10,000 in lost revenue because of No Shows. That’s not even counting the standard cancellations. This will not be allowed to continue. Therapists aren’t paid if you don’t come to your appointments. We can’t allow your child to remain on our schedule if you’re not going to prioritize their therapy sessions. We’re here to help your kids, but we can’t do that if you don’t bring them. We have too many kids waiting for a spot to open up to allow No Shows and chronic cancellations to rob them of their chance to be seen. Effective immediately attendance will be followed very closely and we must have over 85% arrival to therapy sessions to secure a permanent spot on our schedule.
