Change is just the way things are.

Our Saturday schedule is the same! 9am at the Okmulgee Public Library, we offer Meditation for Everyone, a secular mindfulness meditation group.

This Sunday morning, we'll meet at **11:00** am at The Shack in Henryetta, to maintain our energy and momentum as a group. Next Sunday, we'll be meeting at the former Mystique Emporium to assist with painting for their move-out, anyone who can assist is greatly appreciated!

The Path sometimes takes unexpected turns - impermanence means that everything rises and falls, expands then contracts, stepping into the known and then the unknown...

On Sunday morning, please join us at 1030am for Taking Safe Direction- a Buddhist meditation and dharma group at The Mystique Emporium.

This will, sadly, be our final meeting at the Emporium, as our kind and gracious hosts will be closing their business here in Henryetta to pursue another venture in Eureka Springs AR. I wish them many blessings and great fortune!

My hope and intent is that our little part of that community will continue in some form, with consistency, location TBA. 🩵🧡

Celebrating His Holiness the 14th Dalai Lama’s Birthday and Lama Yeshe Jinpa Rinpoche’s Birthday

Please join us on Sunday, July 5, as we joyfully celebrate the birthday of His Holiness the 14th Dalai Lama and also honor the birthday of our beloved teacher, Lama Yeshe Jinpa Rinpoche.

This will be a beautiful day of gratitude, devotion, and community. Together we will offer prayers, music, art in all its forms, and a community potluck as we celebrate our teachers and the blessings they bring into our lives.

We will be presenting mantra certificates for Vajra Guru mantras.

Good morning! Due to a wide variety of circumstances, Mindfulness Meditation for Everyone is canceled, and I truly apologize for the late notice. We'll be back next week!

Peace is always possible. Personal peace, familial peace, and world peace all come from the same source - compassion, loving kindness, patience, wisdom, and bodhicitta - the wish for all beings to see their true nature.
