Today, at 14:36, our Apollo aka “golden boy” aka “guten laden” aka “cutesy pootsey” passed away to his next life.

After 10 consecutive seizures (unmanaged by meds), our boy managed to make it to the ER in time to have 2 more seizures, a catheter, and 18 Vienna sausages before death—a true German indeed.

Apollo—you are everything we needed and so much more. I never thought I could love another dog after Bowie’s death. You brought the light back into this house.

As always: “Ich liben dich. Mama loves you.”
