It starts with the tiniest toddlers wobbling on one leg, arms out, tongue out, fully committed to not falling over. 😄 And it grows into older kids nailing single-leg squats, shuttle runs and movements that demand total body control.

Every wobble is the brain and body learning to work together. Every rep builds the coordination, focus and confidence that carries kids far beyond the gym.

Starting June 1st, we're opening up our specialized program designed to help babies build confidence and hit those early developmental milestones through play and movement.
