We wrapped up our Seaside Week at Heritage Avonlea with one sweet way to celebrate — our Lemonade & Cookie Social! 💕🍋

Our residents enjoyed refreshing pink & yellow lemonade, delicious cookies, lots of smiles, and even better conversation. 🥰

A cold glass of lemonade. A good cookie. A great friend. And plenty of laughter! 🍋🍪❤️

Sometimes a little quiet time with a puzzle is good for the brain AND good for the soul! 💜

Our resident enjoyed some peaceful puzzle time today—one piece at a time, with a little concentration, a little determination, and hopefully a few “AHA! There it is!” moments! 😄

Puzzles can help support memory, concentration, problem-solving skills, visual-spatial skills, and fine motor skills while also providing a relaxing, rewarding activity. 🧠🙌

And the best part? There’s no rush. Just enjoy the process, find those pieces, and have a little fun along the way! 🧩😊

One of our favorite days is Library Day—and today, we took a chilly little trip all the way to Antarctica! 🐧🧊

We learned, laughed, discovered, and soaked up SO much knowledge. Who needs a passport when the library can take you around the world? 🌎✈️

From penguins to polar ice, our brains got a workout—and we had a cool time doing it! 😎❄️

Antarctica may be frozen, but our curiosity was ON FIRE! 🔥🐧
