Spring gets framed as a reset.
But emotionally, it’s often more of a slow thaw.
If winter was hard, your system might still be unwinding from it. That doesn’t mean you’re stuck. It means you’re human.
Progress can look like:
• getting out of bed a little easier
• having one lighter moment
• feeling slightly more like yourself
That’s not small. That’s movement.
