Just4kixs A mother , with 4 boys, 25, 23,23,23 One with Autism, they all are part of this program after 19 years! The ages are from 3years old to 18 years of age.

Just4kixs is a soccer program for children with special needs design to teach children basic soccer skills in a non-judgmental environment. We have teenage buddies assist each child on the field (one-on-one) We play in the fall and spring season. The league is for any child with any kind disability, IEP, 504, developmental delay, behavioral issues as well as siblings of the child with special needs.

Mother’s Day always makes me reflect on moments like this one from 2012, beautifully captured by Just4kixs photographer Danny Greene.
This picture perfectly tells the story of my four boys and their unique personalities.
Nick, my blonde boy, standing seriously behind his brothers like the responsible one keeping watch.
Zack, my redhead, trying to hold Simon’s head still long enough to create some kind of order for the picture.
And Maxwell… well, Maxwell decided the giant soccer ball was the perfect place to dramatically flop onto the ground and make everyone laugh.

Four completely different personalities. Four different journeys. Four boys who made me the mother I am today. And honestly… I wouldn’t change a single thing.
Thank you Danny for this memory, It's one of my favorites!!

Thanks to my clumsiness, crazy hat day just got twice the chances to shine - May 9 and May 16! Guess I made a mistake, but who doesn't love redundancy?

We are playing soccer today!!! My superstitious ritual has apparently bribed the rain gods, it seems they'll hold off till after 1:30pm.
