Namaste 919 LLC Yoga- Massage -Himalayan Salt Therapy This is accomplished through ancient and alternative methods of yoga, meditation, massage, and health practices.

Our mission at Namaste 919 is to help all who come to our doors to preserve, heal, and better their body, mind, and spirit. Our goal is to empower people by giving them the tools to become more aware of their whole being in order to recognize the light within themselves and in everyone around them.

We always start our yoga classes with an opening meditation for this reason right here! Life is busy and often we walk into our yoga studios, gyms or spaces of self care and we are still thinking about our to do lists and strategizing in our heads how to organize our week for optimal productivity, etc. Truthfully, it takes time to bring the body and mind into a state of presence and having a set time even if it’s 1 minute to be still, breathe, and shift our awareness to the simplicity of the here and now— can make our self care practices much more potent 💙
