NEW WEDNESDAY CLASSES WITH LIZ
We’re excited to add two new midweek offerings to help you move, strengthen, and reconnect.
Hatha Yoga
Wednesdays | 4:00–5:00 PM
Find balance through mindful movement, breath, and awareness. Hatha Yoga is known for its longer holds in postures, helping build strength and stability while remaining gentle on the joints. Expect a practice that emphasizes alignment, steady breathing, pranayama, and moments of meditation. With 5–10 breaths in most postures, you’ll have time to settle in, explore, and connect with each pose.
Perfect for beginners and experienced yogis alike.
Sculpt + Flow
Wednesdays | 5:30–6:30 PM
Build strength with intention. This controlled, strength-focused class combines mindful movement with light weights, resistance bands, and small exercise balls to awaken, stabilize, and strengthen the body. Sculpt & Flow offers options for every level.
A powerful complement to your yoga practice or any movement routine. You’ll leave feeling strong and energized. Did we mention Liz always has a killer playlist?!
