Every Monday, our staff kick off the week with a group fitness session. Today, we were joined by a special guest: our new youngest fitness group member!

Proud of our team for making time to move, motivate, and support each other… even if it means our meetings are a little sweatier than usual 😅

Ga***rd Gauntlet 2026!👟🏃‍♀️

Ga***rd Hospital’s annual 5k obstacle & trail run benefits their Sports Association, which offers 15 different adaptive sports for individuals with disabilities. Needless to say, we had a blast while supporting this program.

Happy Spring and Happy almost Easter! 🐣🌷🌧️

Our Easter egg hunt may have moved to the gym, but it was just as exciting! Our STEPS students had a blast hunting for candy-filled eggs and solving a logic puzzle.

Big thanks to Sheila, Karen, and Jessica for making this event so special!
