💙 A Day to Celebrate Our Amazing Team! 💙

Today at Eden Heights of Olean was all about OUR EMPLOYEES! 🎉🌭🍔

Our staff works incredibly hard every single day to provide exceptional, compassionate care to our residents. Today, we wanted them to relax, have some fun, enjoy time with their families, laugh, play games, eat some great food, and simply know how much they are appreciated. ❤️

A very special THANK YOU to the Brown Family, Wayne Kaplan, and Bob Borsody for generously sponsoring our Annual Employee Appreciation Picnic! Your kindness helped make this special day possible, and we are so grateful for your support of our Eden Heights of Olean family.

Our residents celebrated National Root Beer Float Day this past Thursday the best way we know how: with plenty of ice cream, root beer, smiles, and a little sunshine! 😋
At Eden Heights of Olean, it’s often the simple things that make the sweetest memories. A favorite treat, a beautiful summer day, and friends to share it with—that’s what makes a community feel like home. 🏡💕
And judging by these smiles, we’d say the root beer floats were a hit! 🍨🥤

✨ Community Spotlight: Meet Paula ✨

Some people have a gift for making others feel beautiful—not just on the outside, but in their hearts, too. That is exactly who Paula is.

Although Paula isn't an employee of Eden Heights of Olean, she is a cherished part of our family.

Week after week, she welcomes our residents into the beauty salon with a warm smile, kind words, and a listening ear. She doesn't just style their hair—she helps restore confidence, dignity, and joy. Watching our residents leave her salon smiling a little bigger, standing a little taller, and feeling proud of themselves is something truly special.

But Paula's kindness reaches far beyond the salon.
She has generously donated a sewing machine and an embroidery machine, and she volunteers her time each week to teach a sewing class, creating opportunities for our residents to learn, laugh, and make lasting memories together.

During football season, she even brings homemade soup to our hardworking staff, always looking for ways to brighten someone else's day.

Paula has a heart that never stops giving. She loves caring for her exotic birds, mentoring her granddaughter, and searching for bargains so she can donate to those in need. No matter who she's helping, her first question is always, "What can I do?"

At Eden Heights, we often say it's the little things that make the biggest difference. A fresh hairstyle. A heartfelt conversation. A warm hug. A simple act of kindness.
Paula gives our residents all of those things and so much more.

From the bottom of our hearts, thank you, Paula, for helping our residents feel beautiful, valued, and loved every single week. Your compassion leaves a lasting impression on everyone who walks through your salon door, and we are so grateful to have you as part of the Eden Heights family. ❤️

💙 Meet Tracy! 💙

At Eden Heights of Olean, we're proud to recognize the incredible people who make our community feel like home—and today we're celebrating Tracy!

For the past 3 years, Tracy has been providing compassionate care as one of our dedicated Medication Technicians. Her kind heart, warm smile, and commitment to our residents make a difference every single day.

When she's not at Eden Heights of Olean, Tracy's heart belongs to her family and her furry friends. An animal lover through and through, she adores dogs and horses and has two beloved dogs of her own.
But if you can't find Tracy at work, chances are she's spending time with her greatest joy—her grandchildren! She's happiest with a grandchild on her hip, making memories they'll cherish forever.

We're so grateful to have Tracy as part of the Eden Heights family. 💙

Today we're celebrating Jenny and her 4 years of dedication at Eden Heights of Olean! 💙

Jenny is one of the friendly faces our residents look forward to seeing every day in the dining room.

As a Dietary Aide, she does so much more than serve meals—she serves kindness, conversation, and a warm smile that helps make every mealtime feel like home.

What makes Jenny's story even more special is that Eden Heights is her very first job! Over the past four years, she has grown into an incredible team member, and we couldn't be prouder of everything she has accomplished. Her caring heart, positive attitude, and willingness to brighten someone's day make a lasting difference in the lives of our residents.

Thank you, Jenny, for four wonderful years of compassion, dedication, and hard work. We are so grateful to have you as part of the Eden Heights of Olean family! ❤️

🌙💙 Meet Kim! 💙🌙

While most of us are asleep, Kim is hard at work making sure our residents at Eden Heights of Olean are safe, comfortable, and cared for throughout the night.

For over 4 years, Kim has faithfully worked the overnight shift, quietly checking on residents, making sure everyone is tucked in, resting peacefully, and ready to greet a new day.

Her kindness, dedication, and watchful care bring comfort not only to our residents, but also to the families who trust us with their loved ones.

It takes a very special person to work through the night so others can sleep peacefully. Kim's compassion reminds us that some of the greatest acts of caring happen when no one is watching.
