Ben is a counselor who specializes in working with those who are adopted or considering adoption, as well as those who identify within the LGBTQIA+ community. He enjoys working with individual adolescents, adults, and couples. He works with anxiety disorders, depression, trauma/PTSD, and personality disorders. Ben is a graduate intern therapist and does not accept insurance but he provides low cost community counseling for $35 per session. Ben is currently taking new clients.

Come join us to learn from Natalie Coriell who will discuss how our trauma is stored in the right side of our brain, which additionally is the visual processing side of our brain. This pairing creates the perfect dynamic for visual re-processing of traumatic experiences. In this interactive presentation, you will begin to understand how art therapy can help teens with healing from trauma. You will be able to experience creating an art piece of your own as a small glimpse into your client’s experience.
