Meet our presenter, Bryan Lemoine! Bryan's practice has evolved with the needs of his clients. While Bryan represents public, private, and nonprofit organizations in almost every aspect of labor and employment law, he has also represented companies in complex litigation, mergers and acquisitions, real estate purchase and lease negotiations, and general corporate law. For many clients, Bryan has become an outside general counsel, which allows his clients to come to him with a variety of legal issues on a day-to-day basis, all the while trusting that Bryan understands their business needs and structure. From union negotiations to employee discipline issues, from single employment cases to national class and collective actions, from startup and company formation or acquisition to succession planning and sale of a business, Bryan has assisted his clients to successful resolutions of their opportunities and challenges.
In addition to his practice representing for-profit companies, Bryan also has extensive experience assisting nonprofit organizations with governance issues, mergers, dissolutions, and human resources issues. He also works with employee-owned companies or companies seeking to become employee-owned. He performs pro bono work for nonprofit agencies in St. Louis that are committed to improving the community in which he works and lives.
After completing law school, Bryan clerked for Judge E. Richard Webber in the U.S. District Court in St. Louis, Missouri. He has served on the board of Epworth Children & Family Services since 2009.
