❌ MYTH: If you miss a dose, just take two next time.

✅ FACT: Doubling up on your medication isn't always the right answer—and for some medications, it can be dangerous.

What you should do depends on:

Some medications can be taken as soon as you remember, while others should be skipped. Taking two doses too close together can increase your risk of side effects or even cause harm.
