Try these often-overlooked tips:

• Keep a consistent wake-up time

• Get morning sunlight (no sunglasses)

• Take a warm shower/bath before bed

• Stop eating 2–3 hours before sleep

• Try slow breathing (in 4, out 6)

• Watch for hidden caffeine

• Keep your room cool (60–67°F)
