Our membership fee will cover all services offered in a traditional primary care practice as well as enhanced access to your personal physician. We will not charge you anything more for this level of service and we will never ask your insurance company for money. Membership entitles you to traditional primary care physician services such as:
• Same-day or Acute Care Visits as available
• Comprehensive Annual Physical Exams
• Sports Physicals
• Hospital Visits
• Nursing Home Visits
• House Calls
• Immunizations for children age 18 and under

Also included are procedures performed in the office such as:
• ECG with interpretation
• Oxygen levels by saturation monitor (Pulse oximetry)
• Urinalysis, pregnancy tests and hemoccults
• Pap smears
• Laceration repair
• Splinting and casting of minor orthopedic injuries
• Abscess incision and drainage
• Cryodestruction (or freezing using liquid nitrogen) of skin lesions
• Excision or removal of abnormal skin lesions/nails
• Administration of immunizations and therapeutic injections

Other benefits of membership include:
• Extended appointments for counseling, education and evaluation of more complex concerns
• 24-hour access to your physician
• Direct email, voicemail, and after hours access to your physician
• Assistance in navigating the complex medical system and working with any sub-specialists involved in your care


As Vantage Physicians is a patient-centered practice, we will always be open to your suggestions regarding other services we may offer.
