Painful as it may be, the worst class I ever taught ended up becoming one of the greatest lessons of my teaching career.

It wasn’t my knowledge that changed.

It was my willingness to trust myself. A lifelong process, I might add.

If I can help it, you won’t have to learn confidence the hard way like I did. That’s one of the reasons I’m so passionate about teaching teachers.

We cover everything from yoga philosophy and anatomy to Ayurveda and the art of teaching, but one of the greatest transformations often happens within yourself.

Proud moment! ❤️

Today, Brianna, our newest OMnia Yoga instructor, taught the 10:40 a.m. OMnia class at Athena Fitness & Wellness, and I couldn’t have been more proud and so excited to be a student!!

Watching OMnia grow beyond me and continue helping women feel lighter, freer, and more themselves… it feels bigger than me, and I’m 100% here for it!

She did such a beautiful job. It was such a gift to simply be a student and watch her step into her own.
