Healing doesn't always look dramatic.

Sometimes it's getting out of bed when that felt impossible last week. Sometimes it's making the phone call you've been putting off. Sometimes it's simply choosing to keep going.

Progress in mental health is often measured in small, quiet victories that deserve just as much recognition as the big milestones.

Wherever you are in your journey today, remember this: every step forward counts.

If anxiety, depression, chronic insomnia, or another mental health challenge has been making life harder than it needs to be, you don't have to navigate it alone. Compassionate, evidence-based care can make a meaningful difference.

TMS Myth Busters | Myth #1

One of the biggest misconceptions we hear? That TMS is an invasive procedure.

The truth is, TMS is a non-invasive treatment option for depression that fits into everyday life more easily than many people expect. If you've been searching for new options after traditional treatments haven't provided enough relief, it may be worth learning more.

At Omaha Insomnia & Psychiatric Services, we're committed to helping our community separate myths from facts so you can make informed decisions about your mental health.

Follow along as we continue our TMS Myth Busters series.
