Well, they can’t say nobody tells you this because I’m telling you now! 😁

Maybe you are in a situation where you can’t put cold water on your face - even putting cold water on your hands or holding something cold can help redirect your focus and slow your reactions down. Give it a try!

I love this! We don’t always have to have everything planned out to know that where we are isn’t right for us and to start taking small steps in a different direction.

Are you feeling like you are in the wrong place at work? In your life? Is some part of your life saying “not this”?

I help people make real changes in their lives every day. I can help you get to the bottom of that feeling of “not this” and figure out what is next! I will be beside you each step of the way.

I have experienced my own moments of “not this” in life and every time I listened…wellll maybe I didn’t listen right away 🤣🤣 but I’ve found “not this” doesn’t go away! So it took time and I took small steps and I am so glad I did because I love what I do now.

I’ve had some clients graduate therapy so I’ve got a couple of spots opening up on my schedule! Reach out via email at [email protected] or call/text 402-625-0047. You can also fill out a form and learn more about me on my website https://www.shininglightne.com

I support people through life transitions—and one of the biggest things that holds people back from leaving a life they *know* is dead is the fact that they don't have total clarity about what's next.

But you don't need total certainty about the future in order to trust the chorus of your gut, energy, and body when they've whispered for months—or years—that it's time for this chapter to be part of your past.

Instead of feeling like you need to have Step 100 figured out before you move from Step 1 to Step 2, what would it be like to trust your *next right step* at every turn?

What relief might you find if you reframed self-trust not as intuiting the perfect outcome from the outset—but from believing that you will listen for your values, your gut, and your intuition at every single turn?

Any future that comes from that sort of intentional listening is bound to be beautiful and aligned with the person you're becoming.

I work one-on-one with clients to help them do just that. I have two client spaces opening in August, and I would love to support you as you outgrow the old and step into a more vital and self-trusting life.

Speaking of Death is a conversation circle guided by local death doula Addie of Moonlit Moth Doula Services in partnership with the Council Bluffs Public Library. There is no set agenda, only a topic to get us started. Conversations unfold organically and shift depending on who is present and what experiences, questions, and reflections arise in the moment. ☕💬

This post is silly but I can relate to it. After working with kids for many years I sometimes have adult clients say, “I hope that made sense, I was kind of all over the place!” I’m usually following right along. Maybe it’s how I think or maybe it’s working with kids and following their tangents for so many years…either way I feel like it is a gift I have and I am thankful for!
