Rice Krispie Treats After a Workout? Sometimes, Yes.

If you’re finishing a hard workout and don’t have access to a full meal, a Rice Krispie Treat can be a quick source of fast-digesting carbohydrates to help replenish glycogen stores and support recovery.

Is it the perfect post-workout meal? No.

A better option would be:
✅ Carbohydrates from fruit, rice, potatoes, oats, etc.

But if you’re in a pinch, grabbing a Rice Krispie Treat and pairing it with a protein shake is far better than skipping nutrition altogether.

Remember: Consistency beats perfection. Focus on hitting your daily protein and calorie goals rather than stressing over a single snack.

This didn’t happen from chasing shortcuts. It came from consistency, training, nutrition, recovery, and optimizing my health.

✔️ Creatine
✔️ Basic vitamins

Current stats:
📊 198 lbs
📊 12.5% body fat

The goal isn’t just looking better, it’s having more energy, better recovery, preserving muscle, and staying healthy for the long haul.
