Your clinic says they use “bioidentical” testosterone… but what does that actually mean?
Bioidentical simply means the testosterone your body ultimately sees has the same molecular structure as what you naturally produce.
Virtually all prescription testosterone is manufactured. Creams, pellets, and injections (like cypionate or enanthate) all deliver the same bioidentical hormone — the ester on injectables is just temporary and gets cleaved off by your body.
So when “bioidentical” is used to imply everyone else is giving you some fake synthetic version… that’s mostly marketing.
Knowledge > hype.
