Meet Katy Rodriguez, Our Outstanding HR Coordinator:
“I graduated with bachelors in psychology and hoping to continue with my studies and will pursue a masters in social work.
I love working at BK because I am surrounded with people of the same passion to make a positive impact for families and advocate for children in the autism spectrum. As a HR Coordinator my favorite part about my job is being able to connect and interact with various peoples of different backgrounds. Also I love being able to be a support to not only providers but to my coworkers to create a positive work environment and being able to be a support system for others. My role allows me to be able to problem solve while maintaining compliance which is exciting for myself.
A fun fact about me is I love to paint and consider it a stress relieving activity.”
