Nothing but laughs on the court today at The Brant as our residents and staff teamed up for some pickleball fun! From calling the ball (and missing) to cheering each other on, it’s all about staying active and enjoying every moment together.

At The Brant, it’s not just about the game, it’s about the moving, the memories, the laughter, and the connections we make along the way.

What a day to remember! 🌺🌴
A huge THANK YOU to all of our residents, families, and staff who came out to celebrate and kick off summer with our Luau Party! Your energy, smiles, and aloha spirit made the day SO special.

And of course, a big shoutout to the band Ground Zero Band for keeping the music going and the dance floor busy!

We loved seeing everyone come together, laugh, dance, and soak up sun (humidity) and the start of summer. Here’s to many more unforgettable moments ahead!

June is Alzheimer's & Brain Awareness Month, a time to recognize the millions of individuals and families affected by Alzheimer's disease and other forms of dementia.
At our community, we honor those living with memory loss, support their families, and celebrate the dedicated caregivers who provide compassion, patience, and understanding every day. Together, we can help create a world where those facing cognitive challenges are treated with dignity, respect, and kindness.

Join us this month as we raise awareness, share knowledge, and encourage meaningful connections. Every conversation helps reduce stigma and increases understanding.
Wear purple, learn more, and help spread awareness. Small acts of kindness and support can make a big difference.

Today we celebrated National Pen Pal Day by receiving letters from our new friends at Providence Pointe Healthcare in Paducah, Kentucky!

What a wonderful experience it was to learn about other people, their hobbies, interests, and the place they call home. Our residents enjoyed reading the letters and making connections with people from another part of the country.

It's amazing how a simple letter can bring people together, create new friendships, and remind us that we all have stories worth sharing. We can't wait to write back and continue this special pen pal journey!

Tonight’s dinner was comfort food at its finest! Our residents enjoyed a delicious homestyle meal featuring:
Country Fried Steak,Mashed Potatoes with Gravy, Yellow Squash and Key Lime Pie
The perfect combination of savory and sweet. Another great evening shared around the table!

Who knew a salad spinner could turn into an art studio favorite?
We got creative with spin art; just a little paint, a salad spinner, and voilà… beautiful masterpieces! The laughter, the color, and the creativity made for such a joyful afternoon.
It’s amazing what a little imagination (and a spin or two!) can create.
