I feel like it's important to normalize doing yoga sequences throughout our day instead of feeling like we always have to show up to the mat. There's definitely value in a 30 minute sequence on your mat, don't get me wrong! But adding little sequences like this can also create a huge impact. Especially when you're dealing with a chronic condition that needs regular reprogramming of our physical body and our nervous system. When you visit a physical therapist, a lot of times they will have you do specific moves several times throughout the day because this is rewiring the pattern that is creating the dysfunction in your body.
