Giving Grace is about Patience, Empathy, and Understanding—recognizing that we all need space to learn, grow, and adapt together.
Throughout September, we focused on Giving Grace by seeking understanding and demonstrating compassion for others' perspectives, being considerate when responding to mistakes or setbacks, practicing patience and kindness, and allowing space for growth and improvement rather than dwelling on missteps.
Every act of understanding and moment of patience strengthens our team dynamic and enhances the thoughtful care we provide to the children and families we serve.
At the end of the month, all shout-outs recognizing our monthly behavioral expectation are entered into a raffle for a Spectra Shoutout. 🎉 Congratulations to Corey for being this month’s winner!
