I recently had the opportunity to attend the Head to Heart program provided by The Wellbeing Partners. This class was so informative and educational. I left knowing more about mental health conditions, the signs and the symptoms. This class has significantly broadened my awareness to what people sufffering from a mental health crisis may look like even on the ones that do not openly discuss their condition. Because of this class I am better prepared to help anyone in need. Thank you for equipping me with the knowledge and the tools to help the people in our community. 🫂💙
