NExT Foundation Omaha is a 501c3 nonprofit with a mission of improving access to mental health services in our community. We are now opening registrations for all Expressive Art Therapy groups beginning in September. We serve all ages and our groups are FREE to all participants due to funding from our generous donors and sponsors.

Please consider referring your clients who need a supportive group therapy option. Join us for this original workshop: The Stories of Our Lives: Exploring Pivotal Moments Through Expressive Arts!

We have all experienced major life events such as a significant birthday, anniversary, graduation, new home, loss of a loved one or beloved pet, birth of a new family member, job loss or retirement, or parting ways with a partner or dear friend...these moments define us and, like it or not, set us on a new path.

This workshop is meant to challenge the tendency to label moments as "good or bad", instead, by exploring ways to honor and incorporate life experiences we can uncover newfound resilience, dignity, and empowerment when faced with the ups and downs of life.

Come create with Expressive Arts Therapist, Betsy Funk. She'll lead you through a creative process of collage and journaling in this Expressive Arts workshop.
