Hey everybody! For all of you in the Omaha metro area, I am starting a Women’s Anger Management group. The purpose of this group is to provide a safe environment to learn how to manage anger effectively, stop violence or the threat of violence, develop self-control over thoughts and actions and receive support from others. This group is open which means you can join at any time, however, there is a limit of 8 people at a time. The group begins November 7th, 2024. Group will run every Thursday night from 6-7:30 pm. The fee is $50/session. After you attend 12 sessions you will receive a certificate of completion and walk away with valuable skills for controlling your angry feelings and improving personal relationships.
