This Sunday’s Practice is Yoga Nidra and is inspired by the New Moon in Gemini.

New moons invite rest, reflection, and fresh beginnings. Gemini season brings the energy of curiosity, communication, learning, and new perspective.

We’ll begin with gentle movement, then settle into guided rest designed to quiet the mind and create space for what is ready to emerge. We've got props, but feel free to bring your favorite.

Come rest at the end of the weekend with us.👯

Calling all makers, artists, and creatives!

Flatwater Collective is hosting our first June Makers Mart on Saturday, June 27, and we’re inviting local makers to reserve a spot and share their creations with the community.

This will be a small, warm gathering celebrating creativity, connection, and care. Maker spots are $25, with the option to make an additional donation to Flatwater’s scholarship fund. Makers keep 100% of their sales. Flatwater will not take a percentage.

Your spot fee supports our scholarship fund, helping us keep mindfulness, meditation, and self-care offerings accessible to all.

Mindfulness and creativity meet in the same quiet place: presence.

This month, we’re offering two workshops that invite a different kind of intentional meditation, one through writing and one through photography.

Both practices ask us to slow down, notice what is here, and listen more closely to the world within and around us. In that space, creativity can become a pathway for reflection, healing, and connection.
