This is so scary. While ChatGPT can be helpful for some things, there is a dark component to it. ChatGPT is not a therapist and will oftentimes validate your unhealthy thoughts and behaviors. Seek support from REAL people who have real feelings and can empathize and truly care. This is just awful and terrifying. ✨️Emotional support is available through the su***de and crisis lifeline at 988✨️

It’s okay to ask for support—you don’t have to face everything on your own. Taking that first step might be hard, but it’s a sign that you want things to get better. Remember, you're not alone in this, and there are many resources available—therapists, support groups, helplines, and community programs—all there to help you through it.
