There can be a lot of pressure to move quickly in a relationship, but you get to set the pace. Dating is a chance to actually get to know someone, and yourself, before making big decisions. You don't have to say yes to the "next step" just because it feels like everyone else is. 💖

Changing your life usually doesn’t start with one huge decision.

You don’t need a huge reset. Just keep one small promise to yourself today.

If you're experiencing morning (all-day) sickness from an unexpected pregnancy, here are three tips that can help you cope:

1. Eat small, frequent meals.
An empty stomach can sometimes make nausea worse. Try eating small snacks throughout the day instead of waiting until you're very hungry.

2. Stay hydrated.
Sip water throughout the day. If plain water is hard to tolerate, try ice chips, flavored water, or electrolyte drinks.

3. Keep simple snacks nearby.
Many women find that crackers, toast, pretzels, or other bland foods can help settle their stomachs, especially first thing in the morning.

Morning sickness can be physically and emotionally draining, especially when you're facing an unexpected pregnancy. If you need information, support, or a safe place to talk through your options, we're here to listen.
