🧘 Sure, you might think you're familiar with meditation.
As a wellness practice, it's gotten a lot of cultural currency in the past few decades or so.
But meditation is more than a nervous system hack.
It's not a simple optimization trick.
It goes so much deeper than that: all the way to the root of our consciousness. And there's always more to learn.
